The group accommodation

This cozy and luxurious accommodation is available for up to 16 persons. The smoke-free accommodations are a combination of two identical apartments. For groups up to 8 persons it is possible to rent a single apartment, ask for the possibilities. The location is beautiful with a lot of privacy. Good and fast connectivity via the A12-highway. Opposite of the accommodation the owner has a cow farm and on request a tour is possible.

The facilities

The whole accommodation is wide set up. It isn”t possible to directly go from one apartment to another, you”ll have to walk outside to do this. Every apartment contains a cozy living room and a luxurious kitchen. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, a combo-microwave, gas cooker, refrigerator and a cooker hood. In the wide living room there is a dining area and a sitting area with satellite television.

With groups it is possible to use the dining area of one apartment and in the other apartment the living area.

The stone floor with under floor heating and the cozy gas heater make it all very pleasant. The accommodation is well accessible and there are no doorsteps. There is a covered terrace with furniture and playing attributes for the children. The terrace is located near the living room and is reachable via the sliding door.

An ideal place to enjoy the country life and the view is really beautiful. Per apartment there are 3 sleeping rooms each with 2 excellent one person box spring beds.

In the living room there is a fine bunk-bed for two persons, but when required extra stretch-beds are available.

In the two sleeping rooms there is a sink with warm and cold water. In every apartment a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower, sink and toilet. An extra toilet is available in the hall. Around the accommodation is a lot of space for several (sporty) activities.

The environment

Didam belong to the community Montferland. Between the cities Arnhem and Doetinchem and the region between the barrage shores of the Veluwezoom and the beautiful region from the community Montferland. This area of Gelderland is also called De Liemers; “The beautiful Achterhoek”. From the accommodations several diverse walks and cycling tours can be taken.

There are several activities in the region: A complete cycling tour with several excursions, a riding school and western farm with an active day. Tilt-cart driving through the environment. Two covered swimming pools and an open-air swimming pool within 3 kilometers from the location. A fitness center is available as well. And for the people enjoying water sport the water sport center the Rhederlaag is located at just at 8 kilometers away. In other words, an environment where young and old will have enough pleasure for an unforgettable vacation.

The following rent price are per period, for the months, for a single apartment for 6 to 8 people;
